Merchandise Planning Manager (Retail/Cosmetics) POSITION REPORTS TO: Brand Director /Product Director POSITION PURPOSE: Drives profit growth through efficient stock management using sales and buying plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES - Planning - Inventory Management - Regular communication with MP team and Brand Director, regular communication with the Retail team, Regular communication with VM team, Regular communication with Marketing team, Regular communication with IT team - People Management Functions - Financial Functions PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: - Self motivated - Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills - Decisive
